RAA&M National 2023 is a juried exhibition for artists across the United States to exhibit artwork at the prestigious Rockport Art Association & Museum in Rockport, Massachusetts. For over 100 years, the Rockport Art Association & Museum has been a gathering place for New England artists. With a long and distinguished history, the RAA&M welcomes thousands of visitors from all over the world with year-round programs and exhibitions. The RAA&M remains dedicated to making fine art appreciation accessible to all and continues to be one of Cape Ann’s most prominent cultural beacons.

Tranquil Trail, A Moment's Pause.

This painting is the result of many plein air sketches and studies of New England trails, which I find truly rewarding and one of life's simplest pleasures. My intention behind this artwork is to evoke a sense of peace and serenity, capturing the moment two people take a break on a tranquil pathway. The beauty of the surroundings and the calm atmosphere come together to create a scene that celebrates the beauty of nature and the joy of being in the great outdoors.

Sail into Serenity

This painting is based on a plein air sketch I did last summer in Rockport. "Sail into Serenity" shows a peaceful shoreline with boats that are returned from a tranquil journey. The New England houses add charm to the serene view, inviting viewers to find solace in the beauty of the scene.
